Melt 1/2 cup butter, add 2 eggs, and salt. Mix well.
Stir in coconut flour until dough forms.
Knead dough for about a minute and then form into a ball.
Roll dough to 1/8" thick between wax paper.
Turn rolled dough into 9" pie pan. Prick bottom and sides with a fork.

Mix mashed pumpkin and mashed banana with vanilla.
Add pumpkin pie spice and salt.
Add eggs and cornstarch and combine.
Fill unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 425F for 15 minutes.
Reduce temperature to 350F and bake 30-35 minutes, covering crust with foil for final 15 minutes (test with knife).
