Sequence Step
1Mix the flour, seasoned salt and garlic powder on a plate.
2Heat a heavy frying pan to very hot and and the cooking oil.
3Quickly dip the salmon fillets in the flour and place into the pan.
4Cook about five minutes a side. DO NOT OVERCOOK. The salmon should be moist and pink inside.
