Mix the flour, seasoned salt and garlic powder on a plate.

Heat a heavy frying pan to very hot and and the cooking oil.

Quickly dip the salmon fillets in the flour and place into the pan.

Cook about five minutes a side. DO NOT OVERCOOK. The salmon should be moist and pink inside.
