medium (2-3/4" dia) (approx 3 per lb)apples, peeled, cored and diced
Steps
Sequence Step
1Preheat over to 275 degrees. Line a medium-sized cookie sheet with tinfoil.
2Combine applesauce, butter and honey and spices in bowl. Microwave for 30 sec and stir to combine.
3Mix all other ingredients in a large bowl. STire in applesauce mixture.
4Toss well and spread on cookie sheet.
5Bake for 25-30 minutes or until oats begin to brown, stirring every 10-12 minutes.
