Preheat over to 275 degrees. Line a medium-sized cookie sheet with tinfoil.

Combine applesauce, butter and honey and spices in bowl. Microwave for 30 sec and stir to combine.

Mix all other ingredients in a large bowl. STire in applesauce mixture.

Toss well and spread on cookie sheet.

Bake for 25-30 minutes or until oats begin to brown, stirring every 10-12 minutes.
