Recipe Description I love this bread. It is dense, moist and flavorful. My bread machine doesn't do the best job of baking heavy breads, so I use the dough cycle, shape my loaf and let it rise 45-60 minutes, then bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for 50-60 minutes.

Steps
Sequence Step
1Add all ingredients except the sunflower seeds to the bread machine pan in the order given.
2Set up the bread machine for the whole grain cycle.
3When the bread machine beeps, add the sunflower seeds.
4Remove the loaf at the end of the breead machine cycle.
5Allow the loaf to cool...if you can wait!
6Slice and enjoy :)
