combine first eleven ingredients in a saute pan and meld together on medium heat

place flank steak in 9 x 13 dish and pour mixture over steak

marinate in refridgerator for 1-2 hours

chop onion and mix with mushrooms; place in aluminum foil

place butter in foil; sprinkle with S & P; add a dash of worchstershire

cook onions and mushrooms on grill until tender

cook flank steak on grill until medium rare (approx 20 minutes on a gas grill -10 minutes on each side); constantly brushing with marinade

remove everything from the grill

slice flank steak across the grain

top with mushrooms and onions; serve while warm
