Sequence Step
1combine first eleven ingredients in a saute pan and meld together on medium heat
2place flank steak in 9 x 13 dish and pour mixture over steak
3marinate in refridgerator for 1-2 hours
4chop onion and mix with mushrooms; place in aluminum foil
5place butter in foil; sprinkle with S & P; add a dash of worchstershire
6cook onions and mushrooms on grill until tender
7cook flank steak on grill until medium rare (approx 20 minutes on a gas grill -10 minutes on each side); constantly brushing with marinade
8remove everything from the grill
9slice flank steak across the grain
10top with mushrooms and onions; serve while warm
