Recipe Description I used a 9" x 13" cake pan because that is what I have. If you have something larger and shallow, I am sure the oven time would be less. I toasted the almonds, wheat bran and coconut before mixing up the granola.

Sequence Step
1Toast wheat bran, almonds, and unsweetened coconut
2Mix all dry ingredients in large bowl.
3Add liquid ingredients. Mix well.
4Put in 9" x 13" cake pan.
5Put in 350 degree oven. Check and mix every 20 minutes. May take up to 90 to toast. Use your best judgement
