fruit (2" dia)lime, zest and juice

ounceshalibut, fillet, cut into 1 inch strips

teaspoonchili powder

cup, choppedorganic red cabbage, thinly sliced

tortillas, medium (approx 6" dia)tortillas, corn, organic

dashsea salt, to taste

Steps
Sequence Step
1Add yogurt, salsa, cheese, cilantro and lime zest to blender. Pulse until mixed. Stir in salt and pepper; set aside.
2Place lime juice, chili powder, garlic and salt in a bowl. Add fish strips. Toss to coat evenly.
3Spray pan with cooking spray. Place over medium high heat. Sear fish two minutes per side, until crisp and golden.
4Divide between tortillas, top each taco with cabbage and one tablespoon of sauce.
