1Preheat oven to 450 F
2Mix rosemary, thyme, paprika, salt, pepper and garlic in a small dish. Rub mixture evenly over turkey.
3Heat oven-proof sauté pan over high heat. Add oil. Place turkey in pan and sear on all sides to golden brown.
4Place in oven. Roast for 15 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165° F.
5Let turkey rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
6Save one serving for a great lunch sandwich.
