ADD FLOUR, BAKING POWDER AND SALT TO BANANA MIXTURE; BEAT AT LOW SPEED ABOUT 1/2 MINUTE. CONTINUE BEATING 1/2 MINUTE LONGER OR UNTIL BLENDED. DO NOT OVER MIX!

LIGHTLY SPRAY EACH PAN (USE 4" BULLET PANS) WITH NON-STICK COOKING SPRAY. POUR ENOUGH BATTER INTO EACH SPRAYED AND FLOURED 4" BULLET PAN TO FILL IT HALF WAY. (DO NOT OVERFILL) SPREAD BATTER EVENLY.

USING A CONVECTION OVEN, BAKE AT 325 DEGREES FOR 70 TO 75 MINUTES OR UNTIL DONE ON LOW FAN, OPEN VENT.
