Sequence Step
1Pour total amount of water and oil into mixing bowl.
2Add total amount of mix.
3Mix using a paddle attachment on low speed for 30 seconds. Stop mixer. Scrape bowl and paddle. Mix an additional 30 seconds on low.
4Pour mixture into two deep,sprayed,sheet pans.
5Bake in Convection oven at 300 degrees for 27-32 minutes. (Cake is done when center springs back when touched.
6*****NOTE: Rotate sheet cakes baked in convection oven one-half turn (180 degrees) after 7 minutes of baking. Once cool, frost if desired. Cut each cake 8x8
