COMBINE MARGARINE OR BUTTER, CRUMBS AND SUGAR IN MIXER BOWL. BLEND THOROUGLY AT LOW SPEED ABOUT 1 MINUTE.

Pour 3 quarts of whole or 2% reduced fat milk into a 12 or 20 quart mixer bowl.

Add contents of package. Blend with whip attachment on low speed for 30 seconds.

Scrape bowl. Blend on medium speed for two minutes. Pour into spring form pans, pie pans or individual serving dishes. Chill at least one hour before serving.
