brown chops in oil 2-3 minutes on each side
remove chops melt butter and add garlic
place chops back into pan
cover pan and bake at 325 for 25-30 minutes
during cooking baste chops with butter and turn twice

simmer the cream, salt and pepper to taste
reduce to 1 cup of sauce about 8 minutes
beat the tomato paste, mustard together and add to cream mixture
chop basil and parsley

when chops are done remove
deglaze the pan with 1/4 cup chicken broth
add cream mixture
add herbs
spoon over chops
