SHRED CHEDDER CHEESE BEFORE MEASURING. 1. SEPARATE FILLETS; CUT INTO 5 OZ PORTIONS. DIP FILLETS IN FRENCH DRESSING; PLACE IN SINGLE LAYER ON SHEET PAN.
2COMBINE CHIPS AND CHEESE. SPRINKLE 1 QT MIXTURE OVER FISH IN EACH PAN.
3BAKE 10 MINUTES OR UNTIL FILLETS FLAKE EASILY WHEN TESTED WITH A FORK. CAUTION: BAKING TIME WILL VARY WITH THE TYPE AND THICKNESS OF FILLETS USED.
