Sequence Step
1Pound chuck roast, and add to a resealable plastic bag. Combine the ketchup, vinegar, oil, e tsp soy sauce, mustard, garlic powder, salt and pepper and add to bag with the chuck. Marinate 8 hr or overnight.
2Drain and reserve marinade. grill chuck over medium heat for 6 to 8 minutes or untill it reaches desired doneness.
3While meat is grilling add oil to fry pan and add veggies to pan and saute. When veggies are hot (but still crisp) add cooked noodles and sliced chuch and saute untill neat and noodles are hot
