1THAW FISH FILLETS UNDER REFRIGERATION. OTHER TYPES OF FISH FILLETS MAY BE USED. MELT BUTTER OR MARGARINE. 1. SEPARATE FILLETS OR STEAKS; CUT INTO 5 OZ PORTIONS (SHOULD BE 4-4.5 OZ COOKED). SET ASIDE FOR USE IN STEP 3.
2COMBINE CHEESE, PARSLEY, PAPRIKA, OREGANO, PEPPER AND BREAD CRUMBS. BLEND THOROUGHLY. SET ASIDE FOR USE IN STEP 4.
3DIP FISH INTO MILK; DRAIN.
4DREDGE FISH IN CHEESE MIXTURE; SHAKE OFF EXCESS. ARRANGE FISH IN SINGLE LAYERS ON LIGHTLY GREASED PAN.
5DRIZZLE ABOUT .25 CUP BUTTER OR MARGARINE OVER FISH IN EACH PAN.
6BAKE 25 MINUTES OR UNTIL LIGHTLY BROWNED. CAUTION: BAKING TIME FOR FISH WILL VARY WITH TYPE AND THICKNESS OF FISH. FISH IS DONE WHEN IT FLAKES EASILY WITH A FORK.
