1. PREPARE MARINARA SAUCE.

PLACE STEAKS ON SHEET PANS AND BAKE AT 425 F FOR 20 MINUTES. TURN AND
BAKE 15 MORE MINUTES OR UNTIL THOROUGHLY HEATED AND BROWNED.

PLACE SHREDDED CHEESE ON EACH STEAK.

POUR ABOUT 1.25 QT SAUCE OVER STEAKS IN EACH PAN.

SPRINKLE ABOUT 6 TBSP CHEESE OVER STEAKS IN EACH PAN.

BAKE AT 375 F 10 MINUTES OR UNTIL CHEESE IS MELTED.
CCP: HOLD FOR SERVICE AR 140 F OR HIGHER.
