WASH CHICKEN THROROUGHLY UNDER COLD RUNNING WATER. DRAIN WELL. REMOVE EXCESS SKIN.

PLACE CHICKEN BREAST ON LIGHTLY SPRAYED SHEET PANS. LIGHTLY SPRAY CHICKEN WITH COOKING SPRAY.

USING A COVENTION OVEN, BAKE AT 325F 10 TO 12 MINUTES ON HIGH FAN, CLOSED VENT. INTERNAL TEMP 165F. TRANSFER CHICKEN TO SERVING PANS FOR STEP 5.

BREAK CRANBERRY SAUCE WITH WIRE WHIP. ADD HONEY, LIME OR LEMON JUICE, WATER, CINNAMON, GINGER AND CLOVE, BLEND WELL. BRING TO BOIL, SIMMER 10 MINUTES.

POUR 1 1/4 QT SAUCE EVENLY OVER CHICKEN IN EACH PAN(JUST BEFORE IT GOES ON THE LINE).
