3. PLACE UP TO 1/3 CUP EGG PRODUCT ON 325 F. GRIDDLE. COOK SLOWLY UNTIL FIRM, UNTIL THERE IS NO VISIBLE LIQUID EGG, STIRRING\FOLDING OCCASIONALLY.
CCP: INTERNAL TEMPERATURE MUST REACH 145 F. OR HIGHER FOR 15 SECONDS, HOLD FOR SERVICE AT 140 F. OR HIGHER
