1Make pizza dough as per directions on package or make your own. Thinly slice potato and onion and saute slowly on low heat in oil. Add minced garlic and oregano. Saute 1-2 minutes more. Spread across pizza dough and sprinkle Parmesean cheese over. Bake at 400 degrees for about 15-20 minutes.
