Mix all ingredients and add meat. Marinate for 4 hours or more. (it is best when you marinate overnight)

Take steak out of refrigerator and bring to room temperature before cooking.

Grill steak 5 minutes per side over medium-high heat for medium rare.

Let meat stand after cooking (10 minutes). Cut across grain into thin strips.

I love this recipe because the meat is delicious hot or room temperature. Leftovers are great in sandwiches on crusty bread with roasted red peppers and goat cheese.
