1Mix all ingredients and add meat. Marinate for 4 hours or more. (it is best when you marinate overnight)
2Take steak out of refrigerator and bring to room temperature before cooking.
3Grill steak 5 minutes per side over medium-high heat for medium rare.
4Let meat stand after cooking (10 minutes). Cut across grain into thin strips.
5I love this recipe because the meat is delicious hot or room temperature. Leftovers are great in sandwiches on crusty bread with roasted red peppers and goat cheese.
