Preheat oven to 350 degrees or 325 for convection oven. Mix dry ingredients. Beat eggs, egg whites and oil with 1/2 cup water. Add to dry ingredients and mix well. Let sit 5 min.
Line jelly roll pan with foil and spray with non-stick spray. Spread out the batter over entire pan. Score batter to size of desired crakers. Bake 20 minutes. Remove from oven and cut crackers along the score lines. Remove to rack to cool.
