Steps
Sequence Step
1Mix TVP and HOT chicken broth. Let set for 5 min.
2Heat peanut oil in a wok. Add beaten egg and cook still scrambled. Push to wall of wok.
3Add softened TVP, vegetables and Pork and stir fry till pork is done.
4Make a well at bottom of wok and add sesame oil, ginger, garlic, and soy sauce. Cook for 30 secs and then stir in with rest of dish and cook for about 2 min. Serve immediately.
