scallions (includes tops and bulb), raw, sliced

Combine scallions with black beans, corn. Whisk together vinegar, olive oil, and sugar. Pour over other ingredients and toss. Chill. Prior to serving, toss in crumbled fets. Serve with Frito tortilla chips.
