METHOD:
1. MELT BUTTER IN SMALL SAUCE PAN ON STOVE OR IN MICROWAVE
2. ADD GARLIC POWDER AND STIR TO COMBINE. REMOVE FROM HEAT. HOLD WARM.
3. POUR WATER INTO MIXING BOWL.
4. ADD MIX, CHEESE AND GARLIC POWDER.
5. MIX USING A RUBBER SPATULA APPROXIMATELY 30 STROKES OR UNTIL A SOFT DOUGH IS FORMED. DO NOT OVER MIX!
6. DEPOSIT 2 OZ OF DOUGH 4 X 6 ONTO GREASED OR PAPER-LINED FULL SHEET PANS.
BAKE:
CONVECTION OVEN: 400 DEGREES FOR 7-9 MINUTES
STANDARD OVEN: 450 DEGREES FOR 11-13 MINUTES
NOTE: ROTATE PANS BAKED IN A CONVECTION OVEN ONE-HALF TURN (180 DEGREES) HALF WAY THROUGH BAKING.
7. BRUSH WITH GARLIC BUTTER OVER WARM BISCUITS.
