Steps
Sequence Step
1Combine boiling water and bulgur in heatproof bowl. Stir, cover and let sit for 1 hour.
2Zest lemon, then add juice into bowl with bulgur.
3Add olive oil, salt and pepper to taste and stir.
4Add chopped veggies and feta, stir and chill, at least 1 hour.
