PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS:
GREASE PANS PRIOR TO USE IN STEP 1.
MELT BUTTER OR MARGARINE PRIOR TO USE IN STEP 2.
PACK BROWN SUGAR IN STEP 3.
1. PLACE POTATOES IN SINGLE LAYER IN EACH GREASED PAN.
2. POUR 1/2 CUP BUTTER OR MARGARINE OVER POTATOES IN EACH PAN.
3. COMBINE BROWN SUGAR AND SALT. SPRINKLE 2 CUPS MIXTURE OVER
POTATOES IN EACH PAN.
4. BAKE 45 MINUTES OR UNTIL THOROUGHLY HEATED. IF CONVECTION OVEN IS USED,
BAKE AT 325 F., 20 MINUTES ON LOW FAN; CLOSED VENT.
