2. PLACE VEGETABLES NOT MORE THAN 2 INCHES DEEP IN SHALLOW PERFORATED OR
SOLID STEAMER OR STEAM TABLE PANS. IF USING SOLID PANS ADD ENOUGH
LIQUID FOR SERVING. OPTIONAL, ADD PEPPER.
3. AT 5 LBS PRESSURE HEAT 3 TO 5 MINUTES.
OR
AT 15 LBS PRESSURE HEAT 3 TO 4 MINUTES.
4. PLACE IN SERVING PANS, WITH ENOUGH LIQUID TO PREVENT VEGETABLES FROM
DRYING OUT ON THE SERVING LINE. GARNISH AS DESIRED.
