2 TO PREVENT BREAKING UP, PLACE VEGETABLES IN WIRE BASKET AND IMMERSE IN
BOILING WATER.
3. RETURN TO A BOIL; COVER. COOK 6-8 MINUTES OR UNTIL JUST TENDER "AL DENTE"

USING VERTICLE STEAMER
1. FILL PANS NOT MORE THAN 2 INCHES DEEP WITH VEGETABLES.
2. PRESSURE COOK 8-10 MINUTES OR UNTIL JUST TENDER.
OR
AT 15 LB PRESSURE COOK 3-5 MINUTES OR UNTIL JUST TENDER.
NOTES:
1. USE PROGRESSIVE COOKING FOR VEGETABLES. STEAM FOR A MINIMAL AMOUNT OF TIME, SO YOUR VEGETABLES EMERGE "AL DENTE" CRISP INSIDE AND TENDER OUTSIDE TO MAXIMIZE THEIR NUTRITIONAL VALUE.
