Heat a heavy pan to medium and spritz with olive oil spray. Add 1/2 tsp olive oil and garlic. Add 2 tbsp of the parsley reserving the rest. Add torn basil, fennel, tuna and saute for 2 - 3 minutes. Add tomatoes and crush with wooden spoon.

Bring to a steady simmer and reduce for 10 minutes. (At this time pasta can be prepared - any type - recommend brown rice pasta or whole grain.)

Stir in salt, pepper and olives, heat through.
Serve over pasta with generous sprinkle of fresh parsley.
