PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS:
PEEL AND SLICE FRESH BANANAS THINLY BEFORE MEASURING. PREPARE BANANAS
AS CLOSE TO ADDITION AS POSSIBLE TO PREVENT BROWNING.
1. ADD GELATIN TO BOILING WATER; STIR UNTIL DISSOLVED.
2. ADD COLD WATER; MIX WELL.
3. POUR ABOUT 3 QT GELATIN MIXTURE INTO EACH PAN.
4. ADD EQUAL AMOUNT OF BANANAS TO GELATIN MIXTURE IN EACH PAN; STIR TO EVENLY
DISTRIBUTE.
5. CHILL UNTIL FIRM. CUT 5 BY 7.
REFRIGERATE UNTIL READY TO SERVE. USE ANY SIZE LINE PAN INSTEAD OF DISHING INDIVIDUALLY.
