1make dough of flour, water, salt and yeast- let rise
2grease 2 cookie sheets, spread dough out on them
3mix tomato sauce with garlic and Italian seasoning
4spread on crust- top with ham, onion and tomatoes (or anything else you have)- then with cheese
5bake 350 for about 1/2 hour- until crust is done
