Heat butter and olive oil in large skillet.

Saute onion, shallots (can use onions) for 2-3 minutes.

Add garlic, fresh mushrooms and cook till mushrooms brown.

Add wine to deglaze pan.

Add cooked cubed chicken ( or turkey breast)

Boil angel hair pasta according to package (4-5 minutes).Reserve 1/2 cup cooking water.

Add 1/2 cup pasta liquid to saute pan.

Stir in drained noodles

Blend in heavy cream, grated cheese.
