Recipe Description This recipe makes about 10-12 servings. Simmer for at least two hours. I like to add lots of cayenne pepper, but did not include in this version.

large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" long, 3" dia)Peppers, sweet, red, raw, chopped

cans (29 oz) (401 x 411)tomatoes canned, diced

tablespoonssoy sauce, lite, (shoyu)

Steps
Sequence Step
1Brown beef, use a little olive oil if wanted
2Chop garlic, onion, green and red peppers.
3Throw all ingredients together in big pot.
4Add two cans tomatoes -- best are whole Italian plum.
5Add oregano, black pepper, and (if not already added) garlic.
6Simmer on low heat at least two hours.
7Serve over rice.
