Soak oats in 1 ½ cup of milk for 5 minutes.

2While oats soak beat eggs, remaining milk, oil and agave. Sift flour, baking powder and salt. Then add soaked oats. Mix until all ingredients are combined.

Use ¼ cup to ladle onto pan and cook.
