| 1 | Chop carrots in large chunks. Shred cabbage. Break broccali into large florets and peel and chop stems. De-stem kale, then chop fine. Seed and take out pith of anaheim chili, then chop in large chunks.
Put in pot with about 4 c. water.
Cook for about one hour or until all vegies are done.
You can add a vegie bouillion or two for salt and flavoring. |
