CONVECTION OVEN: TEMP = 400 F. BAKE FOR 9-11 MINUTES WITH LOW FAN. ROTATE PANS ONE-HALF
TURN AFTER 4 MINUTES. BISCUITS ARE FULLY DONE WHEN LIGHT GOLDEN BROWN
IN COLOR AND BREAKS ALONG THE SIDES ARE DRY IN APPEARANCE.
