Pre-Heat oven to 350 degrees

Beat the eggs, soup, milk and black pepper in a medium bowl.

Cook the onion and mushrooms in 1 Tbsp margarine until tender. (may season veggies as desired while sauteing with garlic, onion powder, ect...)

Stir broccoli into the veggie mixture to thaugh.

Stir all veggies into the egg mixture and but back into the iron skillett.

Place iron skillet in oven and cook for 30min or until the eggs are set.

Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the eggs and but under the broiler to crisp.
