Steps
Sequence Step
1Pre-Heat oven to 350 degrees
2Beat the eggs, soup, milk and black pepper in a medium bowl.
3Cook the onion and mushrooms in 1 Tbsp margarine until tender. (may season veggies as desired while sauteing with garlic, onion powder, ect...)
4Stir broccoli into the veggie mixture to thaugh.
5Stir all veggies into the egg mixture and but back into the iron skillett.
6Place iron skillet in oven and cook for 30min or until the eggs are set.
7Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the eggs and but under the broiler to crisp.
