Crunch noodles and place in bottom of large bowl. Layer slaw, almonds, sunflower seeds and green onions. Mix flavor packet from the ramen noodles with sugar, oil and vinegar. Pour over all. Do Not Toss. Cover and refrigerate for at least 10-12 hours or overnight. Toss when ready to serve.
