Combine yogurt, lemon juice and spices in a large ziploc bag/container: Add Chicken. Refreigerate 4 hrs or more. Preheat broiler. Remove chicken from marinade, place on a sprayed broiler pan. Discard marinade. Briol 5 inches from heat about 4 minutes on each side or until done. Sprinkle with cilantro.
