Steps
Sequence Step
1Combine cooked quinoa, cheese, zucchini, eggs, flour, onions, and spices. Brush a griddle or skillet with a small amount of olive oil and heat. Measure a 1/4 cup @ a time of the mixture and pour onto the skillet to make a patty. Brown on the bottom side of each patty before flipping. Cook on both sides until brown.
