half the large cherry tomatoes, and place in bowl

take the jalpeno and seranos and yellow chilli and slice and add to the tomatoes

kalmato olives chopped and add to tomatoes

handful of capers chopped and add to tomatoes

basil sprigs chopped and add to tomaotes

red wine vinegar add to tomatoes.

salt the peppers prior to filling

scrunch the tomatoe mixture up and then add to peppers and cover with foil.

bake covered for 15 min at 400 degrees. Then un-cover and continue to cook till the peppers start to shrival slightly.

serve with arugla salad topped with olive oil , and mozerella ball
