fold chocolate into the whites and place in bundt pan or individual cake forms (12, simular to the muffin pan.

if making a cake, 20-23 minutes to bake. The top will crack and toothpick will pull out with crumbs.
If making individual cakes 13-15 minutes, watch the tops. Bake at 350 degrees.

to finish dust with powder sugar when cooled or cover with a chocolate granche.
