Steps
Sequence Step
1saute onion, garlic and celery in oil till soft.
2add mushrooms, parsley, thyme, salt and pepper to taste and sherry, stir often till mushrooms softened.
3add broth, boil then simmer 10 min.
4puree,add sour cream and milk and return to temp.
