Recipe Description Karen Guyer published this in a health magazine. You can use blueberries and cherries instead of banana if you want. She used walnuts. I use pecans. I omit the wheat germ.

1Mash Banana in large microwavable bowl. Add oats and milk, and stir. Microwave 3 minutes, stirring after each minute. Add nuts and seeds. The original recipe called for walnuts but I have a sensitivity to them so I use pecans. I also omit the wheat germ because I keep forgetting to get some! There are other optional grains you can add in its place.
