1bring cream cheese to room temp. make sure cool whip is totally thawed. juice lemons to get about 2-4 Tbsp juice
2in stand mixer or with hand mixer, whip cream cheese, sugar and lemon juice for several minutes til you see the volume increase and it is smooth and consistent.
3with a rubber spatula, fold in cool whip very gently til just combined.
4place in dishes/pan... wotever you will serve it from. place in freezer as long as you can stand to wait.
