Steps
Sequence Step
1Cut one bell pepper in half from top to bottom, remove insides from both halves. Dice the other bell pepper.
2combine the cheeses and basil in medium bowl.
3chop green onions, mushrooms and garlic, cook with bell peppers in saute pan until translucent and aromatic
4combine with cheeses, stir well.
5put mixture into halved bell peppers
6bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and hot through out
