Cut one bell pepper in half from top to bottom, remove insides from both halves. Dice the other bell pepper.

combine the cheeses and basil in medium bowl.

chop green onions, mushrooms and garlic, cook with bell peppers in saute pan until translucent and aromatic

combine with cheeses, stir well.

put mixture into halved bell peppers

bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and hot through out
