wilt spinach

combine all ingrediant except spinach in med bowl

Wilt spinach, place in heated saute pan and pour broth , water or wine over it. stir as the steam rises

Squeeze excess moisture out of spinach, add to the bowl with the rest of the ingrediants

mix all ingrediants well

Turn meat mixture into loaf pan, bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until internal temp is at least 155
