Cut unpeeled potatoes crosswise into lengths. Add to salted boiling water and cook until tender. Drain and set aside to cool slightly.

While potatoes are cooling saute scallops until done.

Combine yogurt, sour cream and mayonnaise. Coat the potatoes with this mixture.
