Sequence Step
1Place yogurt in a strainer and let drain for one hour.
2Combine yogurt with all remaining ingredients except the bell peppers. Blend well in a blender.
3Transfer to a bowl and fold in bell peppers.
4Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
