Steps
Sequence Step
1Toss apples with lemon and lime juices, shallots, cilantro, mint, fish sauce (bragg''s), garlic, red pepper flakes and scallions.
2Boil shrimp for 30 seconds. Drain and gently mix them into the salad. Cover and chill for at least 30 minutes.
3Serve chilled over lettuce.
